What are your main tasks / responsibilities as a sports Photographer?

Capturing a sporting moment that reflects the raw emotion of sport, whether its an action shot of an athlete, a celebration, or a shot of the spectators whom get very absorbed in the sport they follow.

How do you use mathematics within your job?

I don’t use maths directly, but various mathematical concepts are used when operating digital cameras, such as shutter speed (The shutter speed represents the amount of time the image sensor was exposed to light, sometimes an incorrect shutter speed can lead to blurred images) the ISO variable (ISO is the sensitivity of the image sensor when the light hits it). By understanding these concepts and having the experience of working with them leads to better photos being taken!
